Nutrition is the absolute foundation. It sits at the very bottom of the pyramid of building blocks, supporting cardiovascular endurance, gymnastics, weightlifting, and sport. Without proper fuelling, the physical capacities built on top of it will not function to its potential.
Nutrition is the main building block, without proper nutrition its impossible to function at our highest potential. Published in the October 2002 CrossFit Journal article “What Is Fitness?”, Greg Glassman’s Theoretical Hierarchy of Development is a pyramid model outlining how an athlete develops. It dictates that lower levels form the essential foundation for everything built above it.

For people looking to lose weight, In its very simplest form weight loss requires a calorie deficit—burning more energy than you consume. When your expenditure exceeds your intake, your body uses stored fat for fuel.
Nutrition, diets and food intake can get very complex but we like to keep it simple by focusing on one small, manageable habit at a time instead of overwhelming you with complex meal plans or strict rules. This step-by-step approach helps you build a healthy relationship with food, enjoy what you eat, and see lasting results without the stress.
Our Advice :
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Calorie intake should match the level needed to support intense exercise while preventing excess body fat. Try to eat whole foods as much as possible, not processed food.
